Arrivals to collect keys outside of our normal office opening hours, on Sundays, or public holidays will incur a €30 surcharge.
Upon arrival at our office, you will find a phone number displayed in the glass window to contact the person responsible for key collection.
They will come to our office to hand over the keys.
To arrive outside of normal business hours, you must have completed your online check-in for your reservation. You can do so at this link:

We can optionally offer a key delivery service to the building where you have booked.
This is an additional service that must be requested from our reservations staff at least 48 hours prior to arrival and during business hours.
This service has an additional cost of between €10 and €20, payable in cash to the person who comes to deliver the keys.
In this case, we require that the apartment rental, security deposit, and any other applicable fees be paid before arrival.
