    But we don´t have any report about beds. We will check today and replace if neccesary

    Our reception office is at the entrance of benidorm, all clients, come in front of uour door when they arrive to Benidorm. we are very sorry, but there are some papers and passport control mandatory by law and you have to come to our reception office.

    We provide in all our apartments 2 towels per person and are replaced every 7nights.

    We also inform that if you need extra bed linentowels, we can provide that service with a small extra cost, also the apartments have washing machine if you need.

    Respecto a una posible mejor limpieza, hemos revisado y durente su estancia en ningún momento deesde el día de llegada contactaron con nosotros para notificar un problema de limpieza a su llegada, de haberlo hecho se habria enviado una limpiadora de nuevo al apartamento.

    Nos alegramos que hayan pasado una buena estancia en nuestos apartamento del edificio Principado Mediterráneo en Benidorm.

    Respecto a las piscinas les podemos indicar que al ser una instalacion comunitaria, es la Comunidad de propietarios quien decide fehas de apertura y cierra y asi lo indicamos en la informacion de nuestra web y a als agencias, con una fecha minima de apertura del 15/6 al 15/9, aunque si las condiciones atmosfericas son favorables, la abren antes y la cierran mas tarde.

    No obstante tomamos nota de su petición para comentarla con el administrador del edificio, muchas gracias.

    Tenemos muy pocos apartamentos con camas de matrimonio y para p´rximas ocasines indiquenos que quieren una y les haremos saber en que apatramentos es posible.

    Muchas gracias por sus comentarios Los apartamentos que tenemos en este edificio se están mejorando poco a poco, las camas y colchones se han renovado hace poco y se han puesto colchones firmes, ya que si son muy blandos muchos clientes se quejan.
