It is located 15 m from the supermarket, 150 m from the "Urbano" bus station, 900 m from the "Playa Levante" sand beach, 2 km from the "Estacion de buses" bus station, 2 km from the water park " Acualandia", 5 km from the Golf course, 8 km from the rock beach "El Albir", 38 km from the train station "Alicante", 50 km from the airport "Alicante - El Altet" and is located in a residential area and in the urban area.
DURING THE YEAR 2023, RENOVATION WORK IS BEING CARRIED OUT ON THE FACADE OF THE BUILDING, SO THERE MAY BE DISCOMFORT OR TIMES WHEN THE VIEWS FROM THE APARTMENTS ARE DIFFICULT.
It has an elevator, garden, terrace, iron (request it in our office), Wi-Fi (extra paid service), tennis court, electric radiator heating, community+children's pool, covered parking option in a nearby building (paid spaces subject to availability), Television.

I have stayed in these apartments many times and found them excellent. The gardens and swimming pool are well maintained and perfect if you do not want to go to the beach.
The cafe / bar downstairs is worth a visit.

El precio has sido alto por que ha venido los días de Semana Santa (son 4 días caros) el resto del mes es precio de invierno.
Gemelos 12 es un edifico sin parking y ofrecemos la opcisee more

Gemelos 12 es un edifico sin parking y ofrecemos la opcion de alquiler unas plazas privadas de propietarios particulares y asi lo indica como opcional tanto nuestra página como las de las agencias en las que estamos anunciados, sentimos mucho si en la que reservaron ustedes no lo indicaba bien, pero esas plazas de parking no son del dueño del apartamento en que se alojan y si no las abonamos no nos dejan las llaves. Tanto en nuestra web como en las que salimos anunciados hay un plano de situacion del edificio con respecto a laplaya por lo que desde el principio se indica la distancia a la playa. Agradecemos mucho que le haya gustado nuesto trato, intentamos siempre atender a los clientes lo mejor posible y con educación, ustedes tambien nos lo pusieron muy fácil |

En la información de nuestra web y la que enviamos a agencias de viaje indica donde están situados los edificios en mapa de Benidorm, por ello nos sorprende su comentario de que el edificio está lejos, ya que se encuentra en el lugar que indicamos en nuestra ifnormación, a unos 750 mts de la playa. hemos comprobado las notas de reparación y no tenemos ningún aviso por su parte acerca de falta de vasos o sartenes en el apartamento durante su estancia, de haberlo indicado se le habrian repuesto de uinmediato. No obstante vamos a revisar con la gobernanta el control post limpieza por si hubiera al gún fallo, subsanarlo. |
