FINCAS ARENA is the comercial name of two Offical State Property Agent named Miguel A. Sotillos and Pilar R. Postigo (professional agent number 6.163 and 5.162 respectively). Our office was established in 1.974. We offer any service and assesment related to property sales and , rentals, plots investments, constructions, loans, finance about buyings, tax, insurances, as an example.

Our touristic rentals department is ruled under the Branch name of

SERVIARENA S.L.  takes the responsability of all apartments rental and related services, providing an integral service about that product and all complementary services that we can provide for our customers, such as extra cleaning, client personal clothes laundry service, Tv rental, cot rental, tickets to local Theme parks, car rental, private transfers to Alicante airport or train station, touristic information, safety box rental, tickets for concerts, maintenance of the apartments, luggage room and some more.

We have 150 self-catering apartments on rental, these apartments are in the best buildings in Benidorm, most of them in Levante beach area and Rincon of Loix and they are owned by private buyers who bought them as an investment; we deal with all rental liability due to the Spanish and Valencian Community rules ask for. That means that all our apartments accomplish Spanish touristic laws, insurances and fire prevention related.

We have our own booking and front office staff at our reception office (FINCAS ARENA) placed in Av/ Europa, 23 (corner to C/ Esperanto). Our front office and booking staff are: Miguel Angel, Mª José and Luis.

Our apartments 24 hours maintenance service is provided by our own technical staff, Joaquin and Gytis. Our cleaning staff is serviced by Loli, Audra and and Gema.

Administration and vouchers department staff are Amparo and Ana.
