The apartment, located on Levante Beach in Benidorm, has 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a sofa bed in the lounge with a maximum capacity for 4 people.
Comfortable 48 m² accommodation, with sea views (upper floors).
It is located 700 m from "Levante Beach", 150 m from the supermarket, 30 m from an urban bus stop, 50 km from "Alicante - El Altet" airport, 5 km from the Golf course, 8 km from "El Albir" and is situated in a lively area and in the town centre.
Very close to nightlife areas and the town centre area (old town). Ideal for a holiday or long winter stays.
The apartments come with towels and sheets, delivered clean upon arrival. They have a full bathroom, lounge, bedroom with built-in wardrobe, kitchen with gallery and a spacious terrace (most of them glazed), there is an iron available for the apartment (request it at our office). In winter they have electric heating.
The kitchen is electric, equipped with 2 electric hobs, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, extractor hood, coffee maker and fridge with independent freezer, washing machine and electric water heater. It has kitchen utensils, plates and cutlery suitable for up to 4 people.
The building has 2 lifts, a large figure-of-eight shaped swimming pool with a small children's pool, surrounded by lawn (the pool is in operation throughout the year, except in case of breakdown or vandalism), tennis court and children's play area.
As optional services (payable) in the apartment you have: WiFi, air conditioning (consult, not all have this option). See optional supplements when booking (some extras may have a minimum price per stay regardless of the number of nights of the customers' stay)
There are some private parking spaces available for rent (payable) in nearby buildings – see optional supplements when booking.
Our customers have access to a maintenance service for emergencies in the apartment 24 hours a day via a contact telephone (only for problems in the apartment that cannot wait until our reception office opening hours).
Key collection is always at our reception office, not at the building you have booked. To collect your keys, you need to come to Fincas Arena. If you arrive after the office closes in the afternoon or on a public holiday, there will be a list in the window with the names of customers and a telephone number to call, and someone will bring the keys to our office door within a few minutes (if you expect to arrive outside office hours and let us know in advance, it helps us organise ourselves and minimise your wait when you arrive at our office).
Apartamentos San Francisco is an ideal place to spend your holiday, as it has a supermarket nearby, a restaurant and bar area, it is very close to Levante beach and Benidorm town centre, and it has very quick access to the main road and motorway, making it fast and convenient to go on excursions to neighbouring villages.
At our reception office, you will find tourist information, city maps and you can book all kinds of additional services both for your stay in the apartment and to enjoy the daytime and nighttime leisure activities offered by the city and surrounding areas.
For our customers we have a transfer service to and from Alicante airport, either by taxi or with private transport companies (VTC) or minibuses for groups. If you arrive at night or on a public holiday, we can arrange for you to be picked up at the airport already with the keys to your apartment and taken directly there.
Tickets to theme parks (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundomar, Acualandia, Acuanatura), nightclubs, Benidorm Palace, Molino, Benidorm Circus, guided excursions to nearby towns or Valencia, car hire, electric vehicle hire for people with reduced mobility (we can provide an area to charge the battery if you hire with us), diving activities or sports and nature contact activities through specialist companies. Tickets to nightclubs on special dates (especially New Year's Eve).
We can also offer tickets for various concerts and events held in Benidorm throughout the year. For this, you can contact us or follow the blog on our website.
We have socio-healthcare services through an external provider (babysitting, accompaniment, personal care, nursing, physiotherapy, medication management, etc).
The apartment photos shown on our website are of a typical apartment, as they are privately owned apartments there may be variation in the type of furniture or decoration, but the services described are practically the same in all.
Check-in to the apartments is at 17:00 hrs (if the apartment is clean and ready beforehand, keys can be handed over earlier).
Check-out from the apartments is at 10:00 hrs (if you wish to leave later, please consult with our staff about the possibility of a late check-out from the apartment. This has an extra cost) and is subject to availability until the day before departure.

this is the only place iv´e stayed in the world where you have to supply your own toilet rolls. never seen a maid all the time i was there and you´ve got to empty your own rubbish and make the beds.on top of that i´m 60 and had to pay 150 euro deposisee more

El bidé ya ha sido bien fijado, tenia un par de tornillos de anclaje un poco sueltos. Respecto a los toldos hemos enviado su sugerencia a la propiedad para que nos diga si nos permite instalarlos.

Sobre el aire acondiconado ya hemos pasado preseupueso a los propietarios acerca de su posible instalación y estamos a la espera de que nos lo aprueben. En el ascensor no se puede pobner aire por que es un edificio privado residencial y no nos es posible el instalarlo Gracias por habernos elegido para disfrutar de sus vacaciones |

Estimado cliente: Lo primero agradecerle sus comentarios, de los que nos gustaría precisar lo siguiente. Las horas de entrada y salida están claramente indicadas antes de hacer la reserva en las condiciones generales de la web, igualmente se indica de manera clara que se solicita una fianza de 150 €, las bañeras son de un tamaño estandar y no proveemos de material de limpieza para el apartamento. Respecto a la gente que se haya podido bañar vestida, está totalmente prohibido y tanto os porteros como nosotros si nos lo indica mientras está sucediendo podemos intentar llamar la atención a quien se comporta de esa manera, pero no podemos ser responsables de como se comportan terceras personas. también ofrecemos una opción de aire acondicionado en alquiler de una empresa externa, ya que los propietarios no lo han querido instalar |

Hemos visto que ha puntuado la limpieza con un 4 y hemos estado mirando si tenemos algún aviso por parte de ustedes acerca de problemas en el apartamento o con la limpieza y no hemos podido encontrar alguna notificación acerca de mala limpieza o algún tipo de problema. De habernos avisado acera de problemas en la limpieza habríamos pasado a revisar el apartamento y limpiar de nuevo de ser necesario. Sentimos las molestias que hayan podido tener, en futuras ocasiones no duden en notificarnos cualquier problema y estaremos encantados de solucionarlo lo antes posible. |
