One thing that was commented by myself and my group is that there was poor or no lighting in the lobby and stairwells/corridors. A few of our group tripped on the stairs because we could not see adequately.

Apartment was fabulous, with great view of all lavante beach, and in a great spot for tapas alley and the old town, would highly recommend this apartment, there was 6 of us and still loads of space to sit and chill looking at that fabulous view

Only slight negative was the discotheque two floors below on the weekend with slight noise but nothing that bothered us at all

These are minor points, easily resolved:
Check-in, before leaving they want lots of online forms filled out and photo of passports uploading, couldn't get that working and don't have friends passports anyway.

You have to go to an office out of town to collect keys and pay, it was closed. Difficult for return airport transfer booking as they want to pick you up from where they dropped you off. No information in apartment - we didn't know there was private stairway to beach for first few days. No wifi, and no information telling you that, we spent ages trying to connect. Only Spanish TV stations. I know you have to buy your own stuff, but they could leave what previous guests leave behind - there was no toilet rolls, bin bags, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, sugar, salt, pepper, ice cube tray, corkscrew, shopping bags, beach towels, so straight to shop. Aircon would be nice in 3rd bedroom and front room. But none of that really matters when you see the view. |

Nos costó mucho que nos cogieran el teléfono para realizar la entrega de llaves. No podíamos contactar con Fincas Arena por teléfono, ni contestaban a los correos para comunicarles que teníamos problemas con la cisterna de uno de los baños y atascos see more
