Holiday apartment for tourist use in a building located in an area ideal for families and next to the sea, on the second line of Poniente beach, with spectacular views of the sea.
A quiet place, ideal for any type of leisure or work activity, next to the beach, with an enviable climate, close to the center of Benidorm but without all its hustle and bustle, with a very quick link to the highway to travel for leisure or work. and a few minutes by car from all the theme parks in Benidorm
The Castelmar building is the ideal base for any leisure option in Benidorm, thanks to the fact that each home for tourist use has a private and covered parking space (for one car), you will have no problem moving whenever you feel like it, since When you return you will have a place to park your car without any problem.
Enjoy the grass and garden area around the adult and children's pool, with the peace of mind that the entire building is fenced and if you want to go to the beach it is 100 meters in a straight line from the building.

Nos ha gustado mucho que está a dos minutos de la playa, el parking cubierto formidable, la urbanización pequeña con solárium y piscina. Del apartamento no esperábamos mucho así que contentos. La terraza con muy buenas vistas.

Los muebles de la sala son muy básicos y ya tienen muchos años. Frigorífico y lavadora bien, el microondas está en las últimas. La mesa y las sillas para comer que hay en la terraza son de plástico tipo terraza de bar. Pero por el precio que tiene tasee more
