Private self-catering apartments to rent for holidays or long stays, located in Av / Europa, 23, corner with C / Esperanto. Our reception and rental office FINCAS ARENA, is located in the basement of the building.

The apartment, located on Levante beach in Benidorm has 2 bedroom with 2 beds (second bedroom in an enclosed side terrace with an small wardrobe) and a sofa bed in the living room with a capacity up to 6 people.

60 sqm comfortable accommodation with sea view (upper floors).

It is 600 m "Levante Beach", 150 m from the supermarket, 30 m from the nearest city bus, 50 km from the airport "Alicante - El Altet", 5 km from the golf course, 8 km "Albir" and is located in a lively neighborhood in the town.

Very close to nightlife areas and the downtown area (old town). Ideal for holidays or long stays in winter.

The apartments have clean towels and sheets that are delivered on arrival day. They have a full bathroom, living room, bedroom with wardrobe, kitchen with utility room and a large terrace (most of them glazed), if you need an iron ask for it at our reception office. In winter they have an small electric heater.

The kitchen has 2 electric plates, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and fridge with separate freezer, washing machine and electric boiler for hot water. It has a kitchen utensils, dishes and cutlery for up to 4 people.

The building has 2 lifts, large 8-shaped pool with a small children's pool, surrounded by lawns (pool is in operation all year except damage or vandalism), tennis court and small playground area.

As optional services (at extra cost) available in the apartment TV (including 10 international channels in English), WIFI, safe box, portable air conditioner (Penguin). See optional services to reserve supplements (some extras may have a minimum price for independent of nights of stay).
There is an underground parking in the building, we have a limited number of parking places for our customers (it is not possible to book them, we deliver for free when available as customers arrive).

There are also some private parking space for rent (at extra cost) - see optional extras when booking (on request, limited number of parking).

Our clients have a maintenance service for emergencies in the apartment for 24 hours by a telephone number (only for problems in the apartment that can not wait until opening time of our reception office).

Our office is not open 24 hours a day and every holiday. Key collection is always at our reception office, not in the building that have been booked (they have no reception). For this purpose have to come to Fincas Arena (Av / Europa, 23, corner to Esperanto street), if you arrive after closing the office in the afternoon or festival in our office window you will be a list of the names of customers and an Spanish phone number to call to and someone will bring them the keys to the door of our office in a few minutes (if expected late arrival and you warn us, it will help us organize and minimize your wait for the apartment keys).

San Francisco apartments is an ideal place to spend your holiday, as it has close supermarket, an area of restaurants and bars, also is close to the british bar and disco area is quite close to Levante beach and the center of Benidorm and has a fast link to motorway and main roads around Benidorm, bringing the power hike to neighboring towns in a fast and comfortable way.

At our reception office, you have tourist information, city maps and can hire all kinds of additional services to both stay in the apartment to enjoy leisure activities day and night that the city and the surrounding area offers.

We can offer our clientes a shuttle service to and from Alicante airport either by taxi or private transport enterprises (VTC) or minibuses for groups. If you arrive at night or on a holiday we can get them picked up at the airport and with the keys to your apartment, your are driven direct to your apartment.

We can provide you tickets to theme parks (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundomar, Acualandia, Aquanatura), nightclubs, Benidorm Palace, Molino, Benidorm Circus, tours to nearby towns and Valencia, car rental, rental of electric vehicles for disabled excursions Guests (can provide an area to recharge the battery if you rent with us), diving or sports and contact with nature through specialized companies. Check nightclubs on special dates (especially New Year).

We can also provide tickets for various concerts and events that take place in Benidorm during the year, for it can contact us or follow the blog we have in our web.

Photos of apartments shown in our website are of a type apartment, since being privately owned apartments can be variation in the type of furniture or decoration, but the description services are virtually identical in all.

The entrance (check-in) to the apartments is at 17:00 hrs (if the apartment is cleaned and prepared before, will hand over the keys before).
