Since 10/03/2009 we have changed our benidorm apartments and hotels prices policy forever. Ther earlier you book the better discount you´ll get.
The less apartments available will make rental hotel and apartments price increase, this way we want to thank clients with early booking.Our Benidorm apartments prices will raise as long as we run out of availability, as flight companies do.
This way you will get up to 30% off over our general prices. You get discounts even on high season bookings.

05/10/2009 NOW YOU CAN BOOK LESS THAN 7 NIGHTS |
Dear client, from now 15/4/2009 you can book less than 7 nights stays at our apartments (depends on season).
At the moment the minimun stay is 5 nights, if you want to book for a week-end you have to choose a 5 night stay with arrival date on the real arrival date and let us know you will leave the apartment before time. |

05/10/2009 BEWARE OF PIRATE AGENCIES |
Beware of the pirate agencies renting illegal apartments, read our full guide on how to avoid been fooled...
1) Always ensure the person who you are booking with has a permanent address
2) Avoid mobile telephone numbers – always ask for a permanent land telephone number
3) Be sure to be given a full key collection address (as well as the address of the apartments) and be informed of the hours that it is possible to pick up your keys.
4) Check that there is a maintenance service, in the case of any problems in the apartment.( eg. no hot water or no electricity)
5) Be sure that the person you are booking through is registered with the tourist board they should be able to provide you with an “EEAT” number.
6) APTUR, is the association of tourist apartments in the Cost Blanca.
Booking through any one who does not respect the above means you are risking
* Loosing your deposit
* Arriving in resort and finding you have no apartment booked
* Not getting the apartment you booked for, or getting a badly conserved or uninsured apartment with no agency/office to who complain. |
