Book with us a taxi to arrive directly to your apartment from Alicante airport¡¡¡

Price is around 60 euros per taxi (maximun capacity 4 people). You will pay to the taxi driver.

We also can provide transfers from Valencia airport or Alicante Train station to Benidorm.

If you are interested, let us know and we will contact you by email about your flight information.


Please check your junk mail folder first. Some anti-spam programs might incorrectly label your booking confirmation as junk mail.

You should have printed out your on-screen booking confirmation. Please send us your Booking Reference number from the on-screen confirmation and we shall resend your confirmation email.

If you do not have your booking reference number, please send us as much detail as possible, so that we may quickly locate your reservation, including your full name, dates of stay and accommodation.



If you have received a confirmation e-mail voucher then your booking is confirmed and the deposit has been charged to your credit card.

We have units from studios (2/3 people) up to 4 bedroom apartments (8 people maximun capacity)


You have many different activities to enjoy in your holidays.

At our reception office we can give you information and you can purchachase tickets or bookings for any activity, that way you only have to use your holiday time to enjoy yourselves.

Activities such as:

- Enjoy at our beaches Levante, Poniente, Mal Pas or Cala del Tio Chimo

- The best variety of entertainment in Spain ( you will find bars, pubs and restaurants open 24 hours a day).

-Pubs and discotheques in the old town area, Levante Beach, the "english area "and discoteques area with even after-hours locals.

- Practising water sports: sailing, surf, para-sailing, scuba-diving (Benidorm island is an underwater natural park).

- Excursion to benidorm islandand sightseeing of underwater natural park with mini-submarine).

- Visit our Theme Parks: Acualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura.

- Casino Mediterraneo (they also program special events as national or intenational sigers)segun fechas hay actuaciones especiales), you can also have dinner there

- Karting.

- Benidorm´s Palace Show (may include dinner or not).

- Dinner show at Medieval Castle of Alfaz Count.

-Trekking at Sierra Helada ( local tourism board have edited 6 different routes).

The apartments have cooking utensils, kettle, toaster and microwave. They also have glasses, dishes, etc.

All apartments have electrical or gas kitchen (2 or 4 cooking rings), electric oven and fridge.

Some apartments may have washing-machine (check with our booking staff for availability if you need that service or you want to book a long stay)

All apartments are provided with bed linen and towels, that will be replaced every week (service included on prices).


Some apartments have television, they are operated by coins.

you can rent television, DVD or satellite system for your holidays.

You will find that most of the apartments on our web page are self catering, we need to clean them as soon as possible for the next arrivals.

Please, the day before your departure ask our office staff if there is any possibility to keep the apartment on by paying an extra charge the day before departure.

Sometimes we can keep luggage for our customers at our reception office (no extra cost). Ask at our reception office.


You will find that most of the apartments have their own safety deposit box in the room that you can rent under a small charge at our reception office.

The time to vacate the apartment according to our local Law, is 10.00 a.m.

Check.in time is 17:00 hours of the arrival day, if you arrive earlier and our office is open, we can keep luggage for you till your apartment is ready.

If you contact us in advance about you will arrive in the morning, we will do our best to have an apartment ready for you as soon as possible.




A RETURNABLE DEPOSIT OF 150 €, will be collected to prevent damages to the apartment. The deposit will be returned the day that you vacate the apartment, never before, but if you leave before 10.00 a.m. or on Sunday, contact our reception office to arrange how we can return your deposit and what you have to do with the apartment keys. THE DEPOSIT CAN BE PAID IN, EUROS OR EQUIVALENT AMOUNT ENGLISH MONEY.



FINCAS ARENA provide customers with an emergency 24 hours service included on the rental price.

At the window of our reception office you can find a mobile phone number of technical staff "on duty"

These person will try to sort out the problem as soon as possible.


The collection of the keys for the apartment will be at FINCAS ARENA reception office: Av/ Europa, 23 (corner to C/ Esperanto).

If our office is closed, you can collect keys at the reception of the Madeira Centro hotel (placed about 450 meters down E`peranto street) at our window you have a map of Benidorm and where the hotel is placed.

At hotel reception there will be an evelope with the name of client, inside you will find the apartment keys and a Benidorm map explaining how to go from hotel to your apartment.

Parking keys have to be collected at our reception office only.



We can offer a private taxi transfer (contact us for details), they drive you direct to the apartment (taxi driver collects keys at our office).

We can also provide special taxis for disabled people.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
• You can take the local bus from the Airport to Benidorm at the following times.
Alicante to Benidorm: 10.30 h. 14.30 h. 17.30 h. and 21.30
Benidorm to Alicante: 08.00 h. 12.00 h. 16.00 h. 20.00 h. Price per person 7€. each way.
